Student of the Week for February 1-5:
Olivia Ramsey is the Star Student of the Week from Mrs. Laura Ferrell's first grade class. Olivia's favorite book is Pinkalicious. Her favorite food is corn. Olivia likes to go to her friend Miley's house when she is not in school. She wants to be a cheer teacher, dance teacher, and a veterinarian when she grows up. Mrs. Ferrell says, "Olivia is such a hard-working and motivated student. She tries her best in all that she does. She's also extremely kind to her classmates and is always willing to lend a hand to a friend in need. Her enthusiasm for learning is contagious among her peers. She is a pure joy to teach! I'm so grateful to have her in my class."
Student of the Week for February 8-12:
Bailey Hughes is the Star Student of the Week from Mrs. Carol Ragan's Kindergarten class. Bailey's favorite book is The Busy Little Squirrel. Her favorite food is jelly beans. Bailey likes to play outside (in the snow) when she is not in school. She wants to be a teacher when she grows up. Mrs. Ragan says, "Bailey is a kind and tender-hearted leader in our class. She works hard each day to do her best - on her work, her choices, and interacting with her classmates. An adjective that first comes to mind when describing Bailey is delightful."
Students of the Week for February 15-19:
Sam England is the Star Student of the Week from Mr. Spencer Bryson's fifth grade class. Sam's favorite book is Sport's Science. His favorite food is steak. Sam likes to hunt when he is not in school. He wants to be a profession football player (NFL) when he grows up. Mr. Bryson says, "Sam is a model student. He is respectful, is eager to help others, and always gives his best effort. Sam always has a positive attitude and brings laughter to everyone. I thoroughly enjoy having Sam in class and I know that Sam will succeed in whatever path life takes him."
Jayden Christy is the Star Student of the Week from Mrs. Brittany Palmer's class. Brittany's favorite book is LLama Llama Mad at Mama. His favorite food is pizza. Jayden likes to watch movies, play minecraft, and play with legos. Mrs. Palmer says, "Jayden is a great reader and works hard. He is nice to his peers and he knows the entire sign language alphabet."
Student of the Week for February 22-26:
Mia Beaubien is the Star Student of the Week from Miss Lori Buhler's fourth grade class. Mia's favorite books are the Harry Potter series. Her favorite food is anything chocolate. Mia likes to play basketball when she is not in school. She wants to be an author when she grows up. Miss Buhler says, "Mia is a bright, kind, responsible student. She is always willing to help and participate with a smile on her face. She is an awesome person to know and an excellent student to teach. Mia just rocks!"
Student of the Week for February 29 - March 4:
Taytan Henson is the Star Student of the Week from Mrs. Brandy Reinard's third grade class. Taytan's favorite book is Star Wars. His favorite food is french toast sticks. Taytan likes to play with his brother when he is not in school. He wants to be a doctor when he grows up. Mrs. Reinard says, "Taytan is a well behaved student who always does the right thing. He is friendly and kind to his peers, and he strives for excellence in all the things he does. I am so glad he is part of my class this year!"
