Lyla Hampton is the Star Student of the Week from Mrs. Lauren Griffin's fourth grade class.
What do you like to do for fun? I like to play softball and to have sleepovers.
What is something that you do well? I can do math good!
What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be a chef or stewardess.
What do you like about school? I like reading class.
What was the last book you read? I Survived the Japanese Tsunami
Mrs. Griffin says "Lyla is a model student! She gives 110% everyday. She has a positive attitude and is always willing to help others. She is honest, respectful, and determined."

McKenzie Sarlo is the Star Student of the Week from Mrs. Jennifer Salley's third grade class.
What do you like to do for fun? I like to play tag with my friends.
What is something that you do well? math
What do you want to be when you grow up? veterinarian
What do you like about school? that I get to learn
What was the last book you read? Animals
Mrs. Salley says "McKenzie is so very kind to everyone. She tries her best in class. She's creative, polite, fun to be around, and has a smile that lights up the room. McKenzie is a treasure and we are so glad to call her our friend."

Dezzy Mallonee is the Star Student of the Week from Mrs. Alicia Payne's  class. 
What do you like to do for fun? I like to play with my tablet.
What is something that you do well? dancing
What do you want to be when you grow up? work with Dad
What do you like about school? computer lab and library
What was the last book you read? Are You My Mother?
Mrs. Payne says "Dezzy is a hard worker that enjoys playing with his friends.  He is a joy to have in class."

What do you like about school? I like learning about math.

Mrs. Ferrell says "Ava is the epitome of a hard-working student.  Not only is she hard-working, she is also kind to her peers and adults.  Not a day goes by that I don't hear her encouraging her classmates.  I'm so grateful to have Miss Ava in my class."

What do you want to be when you grow up? veterinarian - because I love helping animals
What do you like about school? my teacher and reading time
What was the last book you read? Magic Tree House "Hour of the Olympics"
Mrs. Burgess says "Chloe is a super sweet student who always tries to make everyone feel important and included.  She challenges herself academically and puts extra effort into small easy tasks.  She always puts others above herself and will help out before she's asked to.  Chloe is a true model and great classmate."
