Student of the Week for May 7-11:

Brianna Ellis is the Star Student of the Week from Mr. Spencer Bryson's fifth grade class. 
What do you like about school? everything
What was the last book you read? A Wrinkle in Time
If you had $1,000, what would you do with it? Give it to my parents for sports and bills and anything else they need.
What is something that you do well? play softball and do gymnastics
What do you like to do for fun? jump on the trampoline
What do you want to be when you grow up? a teacher
Mr. Bryson says, "Brianna is a joy to have in class.  She is hardworking, respectful to teachers and students, and always gives her best effort.  Often she turns in assignments with written explanations describing why she chose certain answers.  It is obvious that she cares about her education and her future.  I have no doubt that Brianna will be successful in whatever path she chooses.  Brianna is amazing!"

If you had $1,000, what would you do with it? buy my mom a new car
What is something that you do well? play by playstation
What do you like to do for fun? play dodgeball with my sister
What do you want to be when you grow up? a swimmer
Mrs. Berry says, "DJ is a bright and kind student.  He works hard and always strives to do his best.  DJ is always looking out for the best interest of others.  He is always willing to help the teacher as well as his classmates.  I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to be DJ's first grade teacher."

Cooper Ball is the Star Student of the Week from Mrs. Mandi Archer's Kindergarten class. 
What do you like about school? playing Smarty Ants and learning
What was the last book you read? It's Raining, It's Pouring
If you had $1,000, what would you do with it? I would buy anything I want, like headphones.
What is something that you do well? counting and sight words
What do you like to do for fun? play outside
What do you want to be when you grow up? a policeman like my daddy
Mrs. Archer says, "Cooper is an all-around great kid.  He has a wonderful attitude and has a genuine love for school.  He is a friend to all and works hard on whatever he is given.  He has made amazing progress this year and I am excited to see him rock first grade."
